see url I purposefully left my bike at the gym last night so I could run out there this morning.
I did a quick warmup outside my apartment with a few sprints and mobility drills.
source link I managed to get to the gym in 29:28 which is a PR for me by about 30 seconds. I was pretty surprised as out of the 3 times I’ve done this run this was def the hardest. My legs are pretty burned out from the last 2 days so I’m pretty happy with this.
I’ve said it many times over the past few months that I need to focus on the half training and once again I only managed one run this week.
I’m going to set it as no. 1 priority now for the next 3 or 4 weeks and try to forget about other benchmarks etc until this is over.
