5 x 1 @ 80% = 205lbs – All successful, jerks didn’t feel very solid today. I don’t think I was dropping fast enough.
Pretty long stretching session for cool down. This was my first time in awhile doing 2 workouts in one day and I felt pretty good. I don’t see it hindering performance in anyway as long as I am eating enough and getting enough recovery between workouts.
-Only 2 more training days to go before the comp on Saturday so lets hope I’ve done the necessary work. Again I’ve already set new PR’s so if I equal then on the day I’ll be very happy.
