I was feeling really shitty this morning as I had quite a lot to drink last night as well as a huge plate of chilli cheese nachos! 🙂
50 deadhang pullups
100 push ups – chest to floor and release hands at the bottom of each rep
run 2.4 miles
This was pretty sucky.
The pullups took me about 6 mins. It just shows how much faster kipping pullups are as I can do 100 in about 5 mins!
The push ups took about 8 mins. Very difficult
The run was horrible! It took about 19 mins. It’s only the 2nd time I’ve run since May so I am slowly realizing that I need to incorporate it more into my WODs. Hopefully this will be the start.
I hadn’t planned on doing the squats until I was almost finished the run but I was glad I did. They took about 4 mins.
Good workout this morning but it took me about 20 mins to come around after I had finished.
Coconut water is nectar from the Gods!
