-this was a little easy so I went from 8″ and jumped to the 24″ box + 5 plates – not sure on height

Today was the first day in a while I got scared under canopy. The winds were a little gusty and I got very uncomfortable up there.
Landed both jumps without issue and I’m happy I went up and experienced it.
The more comfortable I get with the conditions being perfect I feel like I need to go up on days like today to get a little experience dealing with less than ideal situations.

Best ever session in the tunnel! I feel like I’m actually getting to the point of being able to do stuff now.

I haven’t been able to weigh myself since starting the diet cause my scale broke but I’ve def dropped a few pounds and its make a huge difference in how my suit fits and flys! All for the better
