I was still really sore today from the last workout (abs) and was considering taking another day off but I sucked it up and came up with the following little WOD
6 Deadhang Pullups
8 Pistols (4 L + R)
Pretty happy with this. The pullups obviously got tough very quickly.
I think this would also have been a good 15min AMRAP but it was fast enough for me to be able to push pretty hard so all good.
Food of the Day
6am – omelette, mushrooms, avocado
9am – grass-fed meat + veggies
12:30pm – grass-fed meat + veggies
3pm – Post work out shake – protein + coconut milk
4pm – turkey jerky
5:20pm – yellow pepper + guacamole
6pm – Protein Shake – protein with coconut milk
8:30pm – Cobb Salad @ yard house with no cheese + extra chicken + 5 beers
