Myself, Sara and Glen worked out together today. It’s been a long time since we all did the same workout. We decided to do the WOD which is programmed for Craic tomorrow.

I was a little pissed at the end of this cause when I got back to the last set of burpees I felt like I had a lot more in the tank. I paced it a little too much in the beginning. These type of WOD’s are the ones I need to be doing more of in the future. The movements are relatively simple, they just need to be transitioned quickly.
I feel like I am a lot better about running WODs recently. In the last week I’ve ran 4 times and for me thats a huge improvement compared to my usual zero runs a week.

Erik came over again from CRCF and after yesterday and today both our hands were pretty ripped up so neither of us wanted to have to hold anything which is a huge option limiter.
Erik suggested we do JT – a WOD I’ve been avoiding cause I know how shitty it is but I agreed to do it anyways.
My first set of HSPU I got unbroken! 21 reps. Thats a 7 rep PR for me. It was extremely surprising but when I kicked up initially I just tried to do as many reps strict as possible and managed to get them all. This wasted me for everything else to come but that alone made this workout awesome.
As I would have guessed, everything else was sets of 2’s + 1’s and sometimes 3’s. The pushups were so hard.
I wasn’t even really out of breath by the end of it, I was just muscularly fatigued.
I’m going to try and get Jack to do this tomorrow and film it!
