This was a real strange one. Not my favorite one of these challenges or the hardest but def another step outside the comfort zone. I did my row in 212.8 sec and C+J 215lbs. score = -2.2 I managed to get in another rep at 220lbs but the time ran out after I had cleaned it. not sure if they’ll count it but if they do my score would be -7.2.
