Still haven’t managed to shake this nasty cold. I felt like shit all day and was planning on doing nothing but I needed to get my heart rate up even if it was just a little.
I played around with Power Snatches, trying to clean up my technique a bit then I did 1 round of the Snatch Balls WOD as fast as I could. I got 36seconds. My goal from earlier in the week was to set a steady pace and just try and maintain it but I think I’m just going to have to go all out from the beginning, try and get 4 rounds in under 3 mins and then just grind out the last few rounds while I’m sucking wind.
My goal for that WOD is still 7.
I threw this little WOD together just for a little blaster to get myself moving.

I failed on my last set of HSPU but everything else was unbroken.
As I said yesterday, my prep for this comp has not been ideal but I’m going to leave it all out there tomorrow and Sunday.
