I needed to jack up my heart rate at least once this week so I decided to hit this little burner.

20 Box Jumps
20 Wallballs

Cool little workout. I had thought of doing the gym WOD today but I wanted to hit a shorter time domain and I’ve had this up on the wall in my office for a while.
Good little straight conditioning WOD. I managed to do all the Wallballs unbroken and only paused a couple of times total on the box jumps.

I’m definitely going to be resting tomorrow even though this week has been pretty much a very low key one.
