This was a lot longer than I was expecting. I wanted to try and do everything is as few sets as possible and to avoid any failed reps on the muscle ups
I broke all the muscle ups up into 2 sets 10=2×5 8=2×4 6=2×3 4=2×2 then 2
wallballs went 50=unbroken 40=20+20 30=15+15 20=unbroken 10=unbroken
I seemed to take a long time resting between sets. This was mainly to recover enough so I could complete the muscle ups with no missed attempts.
I was able to push to do everything the way I wanted to but this workout was not very taxing cardo wise.
A tough one nonetheless.
I’m looking forward to a *rest* day tomorrow. Even though my rest these days means just digging holes or knocking down walls as opposed to including a Wod something as well.
My equipment is being delivered to the gym tomorrow though so while I intend on not training I might have to 🙂
