Monday was crazy at the gym! So many people came in to do Murph for memorial day.
I was at the gym from 7:30-1 then drove to NH to pick up an Airdyne then went to the tunnel for some coaching. Did some work on back fly and sit fly. Both are really coming along. It was awesome to get in there cause I was able to forget about my feet for 30mins.
They are doing good. Toes are still a little swollen and shoes hurt but each day gets a little better so thats all I can ask for.
A) Wide grip Bench 10 @95, 115, 125, 135, 145
B) 20 Pronated pullups with blue band – unbroken, couple of pauses
C) 20 Supinated pullups with blue band 12+3+2+3 – REALLY HARD
D) Straight leg raises 3×20
E) Back extensions 3×20
– really starting to het itchy to train hard now – A little over 3 weeks now. I’m going to be patient.
