So I’ve decided to go ahead with the rough program idea I had a few days ago. 5 days on 2 days off. Mon/Wed/Fri strength/olympic lifting and xfit on Tues/Thurs. This is only a rough plan and it will more than likely change with missed days or added days here and there.

I was pretty disappointed with this today. My PR for Snatch is currently 190 so I feel like I should have been able to get up to at least 175 but I have to take it I guess

My ankle got really sore after the session and its really swollen at the moment. I’m frustrated with it as I know there is nothing I can do except leave it alone. I’m going to stay away from running altogether for a while until I feel like its ready.
