My hand was killing me today so I put as much tape on as I could without cutting off the circulation! I managed to get through it all without too much difficulty but its definitely not ideal for these exercises.

15 Overhead Squats @ 95lbs
My PR on this WOD is 14:36. I’m actually really happy with this time as the last time I did it was when I was training for the 1/2 and I haven’t run at all since the race on May 30th! The last time I did this as well I started each set of squats from the rack and this time I snatched the weight up so I could even argue that thats where the 10 sec gap is.
I’ve registered for the Beast of the East comp which is being hosted at Crossfit New England on November 6th so I need to start running again.
This was an awesome WOD to get back into running. Paring an exercise I hate (running) with one I love (overhead squats)
I look forward to doing it again when I’ve done a little more running.
