Post Party Murph

So last night in a drunken state Power decided that it would be a good idea to do Murph today. I was pretty drunk as well and agreed and before long there was 5 of us who had committed. Seeing as I left the party at 2am and had to be at Craic for 8am to coach I was not feeling up for the workout but when people started showing up there was no backing down.

1 mile run
100 pullups
200 pushups
300 squats
1 mile run


I’ve done this WOD once before with a 20lb vest and it took me 58 mins. The smartest way to attack this workout (in my opinion) is to run the mile then do 20 rounds of 5 pullups 10 pushups 15 squats. I did not do this. There was no strategy or reasoning behind what I did. I came in the door and did 20 pullups, 50 squats then some push ups etc etc.
Def not a smart idea to help get a good time but I really didn’t care that much about the workout.

As much as I hated having to do it I was glad afterwards as always.
