max underhand pullups – 14 – felt a lot harder than usual I have done 20 before but I have not practiced deadhangs in a while so…..
weighted pullups 4 sets of 5 (alternating grip) all with 20lb KB
Just worked a little bit of technique. I didn’t go above 135lbs. Everything felt really heavy today!

Pretty average workout today. As you may have noticed from the previous few posts the last week has not been so good. I think I tried to increase my volume a little too much so I’m just going to back off a little. After the weightlifting comp this weekend I’m going to re evaluate my schedule and workout something new.
I went back into the gym this evening and while I was waiting for a client I started playing around with jumping from a kneeling position to standing. I’ve seen quite a few videos of people doing this recently so I decided to test it out. I gradually worked up to 18″ which is what the video is of.
