I can safely say that my workout today was something I have never done before.

When I first saw it in my programming I had to re read it a coupe of times to make sure I saw it correctly. This was a true mental test. My main worry going into it was that I would be extremely bored sitting on the rower for an hour but it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be.
I felt pretty strong the whole way through, keeping my pace between 2:08 and 2:12 for the first 50mins or so. My hands hurt from the start and my ass was sore the whole time but other than that everything was fine.
The first 5k took me 22mins and by 30mins I had 6770m. At 55mins I felt like I had a lot left so I pulled my splits down to 1:47ish.
Good workout but I am glad I don’t do this kind of stuff too often.

6:30am – 4 eggs, 3 pieces bacon, sweet potato
8am – coffee
11am – coffee + banana
2:15pm – protein shake w coco water
3pm – steak, sweet potato, nuts + coffee
7:40pm – chicken salad
8:30pm – bag of terra veggie chips
