I’m surprising not that sore today but we had a lot going on with the new puppy so I didn’t really want to go and workout.
Food was a little off structure the last few days but we were able to make it work

7:30am – 4 eggs, sausage + bacon – 2 coffees
11:30am – Jerky from whole foods + 1/4 cup macadamia nuts + coffee
3pm – 4 egg omelet with chicken, onions + broccoli, small piece of almond bread
7pm – 5 Grass-fed hot dogs + entire bag of Tera Veggie chips
