Week 2 – Day 2
Soooooooooo sore today.
I did a little mobility work at home but no workout. I was inspired by the noon class to workout and I got the urge several times at home while babysitting bruin but I managed to hold back.
Watching a dog is a 24/7 thing. This is a little TMI but yesterday he fell asleep so I thought I could get away for a second to take a piss. I was in the batroom (yes I leave the door open) and he comes in and sees me pissing then runs into the office and starts pissing all over the floor. Little bastard! hahaha. He’s awesome and I love him.
My abs and my ass crack are killing me after yesterday. I always seem to forget about the friction burns you get from doing high rep situps. Note to self: Don’t ever fuckin program that again. The pain in the shower is not worth it.
I’m not sure whats in store for tomorrow. My shoulder is still giving me a bit of trouble so I’ll gauge it how I feel.
Food of the day
6am – 5 egg omelet with broccoli, guac
10:30am – salmon patty + veggies
2:30pm – buffalo meat, egg, guac, broccoli
5pm – buffalo meat, egg, guac, broccoli
8pm – buffalo meat, egg, guac, broccoli
