The competition is tomorrow. I’m extremely excited. I feel very well prepared for the workouts and I’m ready to leave it all out there.
I have said in numerous posts over the past few weeks/months that my goal is to win this competition and that is still the case. In order to get there I need to do a couple of things.
1- I need to be in the top 5 at the end of tomorrow.
2- I need to be able to stay in the moment throughout the weekend. I can’t be thinking about what I did wrong in a previous workout or thinking too far ahead to the other workouts. The only thing that matters is whats in front of me. I’ll have to keep reminding myself of that.
I feel like I am in the best shape I have EVER been in and I’m dying to get out there and put myself to the test.
There are over 100 male competitors in the RX division and I am sure that they are are all just as hungry as I am.
Lets see what happens.
Food of the Day
7am – 5 eggs, sweet pots
11am – chicken cobb salad
3pm – some fruit
6pm – BBQ chicken salad + sweet fries
