I did this workout back in December and I had to sub pullups and dips for the muscle ups are after the first round but I managed to get through them all today.
I can usually do at least 3 or 4 even when I’m fatigued but today I had to do them all in 1’s.
Up until the end of the 3rd round I was averaging 3min rounds and my goal was to get 15mins or under but my arms were dead by the time I got to the 4th.
Pretty tough WOD. I’m going to hit this one again in a few months and it will be even better!
