This was a pretty good workout. I was sweating so thats always good. I went a little too easy on the first 4 but you live and you learn.
2nd last workout gets announced tonight. I predict Toes to Bar and Cleans of some sort.
I’m still feeling really good mentally and physically. I think that I peaked just at the right time this year.
