Relatively easy day today in comparison to the last couple but it was welcomed considering my legs were so fatigued.
20min Hang Snatch Practice
I worked up to 195lbs which I’m pretty happy with. I had never worked this movement very heavy before so it was good to change things up.
15 Step down box jumps @ 24″
This was a good WOD in the sense that I would never program something like this for myself. The box jumps were killer even though they were step down. I had never practiced them this way before and def felt a little different.
Burpees were burpees but I was using the technique I learned at the gymnastics seminar a few weeks ago – I have been able to incorporate so many things from that day into my training that I feel like it has paid me back 10 fold in value.

7:30am – 4 eggs, bacon, sweet pots – coffee
11am – meetloaf
3pm – post workout shake
5pm – fish + sweet potato + macadamia
8pm – fish + sweet potato + almonds
