I had intended taking a day off today as I am assuming I’m going to have a couple of hard workouts over the weekend. Jack and Steve came in and suggested we do CINDY. I fold easily under pressure so I pretty much instantly accepted.

This was an awesome workout but I feel like it should have been better. It was 98 degrees at the time but thats just an excuse. I felt like I was moving pretty well the whole WOD so I was surprised that I didn’t do better but it is what it is.
I’m excited for the weekend at Southie but at the same time I wish I could go watch my peeps compete.
