Today was awesome. I had planned to workout with Bill but he got sick so wasn’t able to but he took part in a fundraising event yesterday and had to do 4 WODs so …..
After my warmup I did my muscle up to ring handstand push up. I knew I needed to do it early today cause after the 2 WOD’s I’d be pretty tired!
Anyways he had suggested a few days ago that we do 2 benchmarks in one day for our workout. I couldn’t back down to the challenge so I agreed and when he pulled out I had the idea in my head so I had to go ahead with it.
I am very happy with both times on these. The last time I did Jackie was over a year ago and my time was 7:38 so thats a decent improvement. I def could have been a little faster though.

Thrusters were slow but I did them unbroken

Def some room to improve and if there was someone else there I would have pushed a little harder for sure.
Kelly was good. I love this workout. Its only my second time ever doing it. My time today was 1 min off my previous time but I’m happy with it nonetheless. I used the runs as recovery and just tried to blast through the box jumps and wallballs as quickly as possible. I’d say box jumps are one of my biggest strengths so it wasn’t an issue.
