I dogged the shit out of the runs on this. Everything was unbroken but I went pretty slow throughout.
I went to see an ART guy this morning to look at my elbow and shoulder. He did some mobilization stuff which was all really basic and stuff that I could have been doing all this time …… but I obviously didn’t. No big problems as far as he can tell, just soft tissue aggravation which was good to hear.
