I went to Yoga at Prana in Newton this morning. It was really good as usual but I had a lot of trouble focusing so I found it harder than normal. I’m going to try to continue to go to yoga min once a week for the moment but hopefully it’ll work out to be more than that.
I was very back and forth about what I was going to do for my workout today. I know I’m hitting Game Day 4 tomorrow and I wanted to be able to give it 100% so I was going to be easy on myself today. After my neighbor came by and asked me to help him move a desk which took 40mins I had barely any time to workout (30min)
I had been thinking about a mainsite WOD which came up a few days ago which was
Sumo Deadlift Highpull
I thought the weight was 75lbs so when I blew through the whole thing in 2:42 I was pretty happy with myself. I even looked up the workout on mainsite to see what the top guys times were and was patting myself on the back. It wasn’t until I got home that I actually realized that the weight was meant to be 95lbs!
Regardless it was a good workout and having it scaled (without me knowing) helped me to push through the whole thing unbroken.
