Despite this being sooooooo long it was good to hit that time domain as I don’t think I have ever hit it on a CrossFit WOD before.
My splits were as follows
RD1 – 5:54
RD2 – 9:31
RD3 – 9:21
RD4 – 10:19
RD5 – 8:44
The only thing I got completely unbroken the whole way through was the box jumps. I got the first 2 rounds of swings straight through and the first and last set of wallballs unbroken. Other than that I broke em up as I needed to.
It was good at the end as I had Glen and Sara pushing me to finish the last set of wallballs unbroken which felt awesome!
I try not to lie down after WODs but I was on my back for a good 5 minutes after this one. Thank you mainsite!!!!
